Vitaly BOGDANCHIKOV, the author of the "Encyclopedia of Independence", who has also created its idea and concept, holds two academic degrees (including one in teaching) and has received a diploma as a practitioner specializing in work with bilingual children. For more than a decade, he was at the helm of a major nonprofit foundation advocating prevention of alcohol, drug and gambling addiction. He was a member of an anti-drug trafficking working group and of an expert council on the promotion of healthy lifestyles.
Vitaly BOGDANCHIKOV has penned books for small children and teenagers, issued academic publications, received commendations from Russian government agencies (Ministry of Sports, Federal Agency for Family and Youth Affairs), and won two international pedagogical competitions. The creator of the "Encyclopedia of Independence" has also developed a comprehensive rehabilitation program based on the best international practices. He runs his own courses in prevention of various kinds of addictions, and is involved in active personal work with families, including parents of children and teenagers.
